• Electrical Engineering Degree.<\/li>\n
• At least 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.<\/li>\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ERP tools).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job Description:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n
    • Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Lead project teams, including engineers, procurement specialists, and construction managers.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.<\/li>\n
    • Manage project changes, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project adherence to specifications.<\/li>\n
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n
    • Oversee project handover processes, including documentation and training.<\/li>\n
    • Promote and ensure a strong safety culture throughout the project.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Conduct risk assessments and ensure emergency response plans are in place.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure all HSE policies and procedures are adhered to by all project team members and contractors.<\/li>\n
    • Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.<\/li>\n
    • Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team and ensure effective communication and cooperation.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.<\/li>\n
    • Being proficient in dedicated software for MEP construction and MS Office tools as well as in ERP tools.<\/li>\n
    • Primarily office-based with regular visits to project sites, which may include remote locations.<\/li>\n
    • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required to meet project deadlines.<\/li>\n
    • Must be willing to travel extensively and work in challenging environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
