Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

• Electrical Engineering Degree.<\/li>\n
• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.<\/li>\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ERP tools) and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Preference will be given to those who have:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • Local Visa transferable<\/li>\n
  • Qatar Experience<\/li>\n
  • Valid Qatar Driving License<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job Description:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the project plan.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and report any deviations to the Project Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and distribute project status reports, updates, and other communications.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain and manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, engineering drawings, and reports.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure that project documents are properly filed, stored, and accessible to team members as needed.<\/li>\n
    • Track and manage project correspondence, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Assist in the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor and track the delivery and use of resources, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.<\/li>\n
    • Support the Project Manager in ensuring that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are adhered to.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Assist in tracking project expenses, ensuring that costs are within the approved budget.<\/li>\n
    • Being proficient in dedicated software for MEP construction and MS Office tools as well as in ERP tools.<\/li>\n
    • Primarily office-based with regular visits to project sites, which may include remote locations.<\/li>\n
    • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required to meet project deadlines.<\/li>\n
    • Must be willing to travel extensively and work in challenging environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
