Our Linear Motion Vibrating Motion Screens are developed to manage with medium to large bulk solid flows, working with equally remarkable hit in the Cement, Coal, Ore Dressing, Chemical, Refractory/Ceramics, Fertiliser, Mining, Iron and Steel, and many other industries. The linear motion screens which serves in the supercritical range and unrestrained situations, are manipulated by the prominent Gearbox exciters, proven for many decades.
The relatively smaller size of linear motion machines can also be presented with a vast range of Unbalance Motor exciters. The linear motion screens are formed up of sub-assemblies Huck/lock-bolted together, allowing wear parts to be readily substituted. Cardan shaft drives the standard AC motor.

Based on the cutpoint and material characteristics, sizes range up to 4 m wide and to 9 m long and capacities up to 3000 tph depending upon the cut point and material characteristics.

Trolley Mounting facilitates fast changeover

Vibrating screens ascended on trolleys are presented appropriate for transverse or longitudinal movement. When screening machine is in operation, trolley movement can be either manual or motorised. Special jack pads and wedge block mounting confirms that load is off the wheels

The circular motion vibrating screens are used for wet and dry screening coarse and fine separations and are widely used in mineral beneficiation plants, steel mills, chemical, food and fertilizer industries,mining, coal preparation plants and many others.
The main part is functioning reliability to suit the broadest possible range of specific requirements.
The steep angle of throw controls mesh blinding that permits full screening efficiency. The functioning speed range typically ranges between 1000 – 1500 rpm.
A cardan shaft drives directly the screening machine. The vibrating element which is a through shaft are ascended in the two screen webs and equipped with unbalance segments. The benefit is all clamping parts and screen mats can be easily changed.
The size range includes machines up to 2.5 m wide x 6.5 m long and available in single and double-deck versions.  Based on separation size and material characteristics, the capacity range up to 1200 tons per hour.
