Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering Degree.
- At least 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ERP tools).
Preference will be given to those who have:
- Local Visa transferable
- Qatar Experience
- Valid Qatar Driving License

Job Description:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead project teams, including engineers, procurement specialists, and construction managers.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage project changes, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project adherence to specifications.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project handover processes, including documentation and training.
- Promote and ensure a strong safety culture throughout the project.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure emergency response plans are in place.
- Ensure all HSE policies and procedures are adhered to by all project team members and contractors.
- Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team and ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Being proficient in dedicated software for MEP construction and MS Office tools as well as in ERP tools.
- Primarily office-based with regular visits to project sites, which may include remote locations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required to meet project deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel extensively and work in challenging environments.
