Job Description

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering Degree.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ERP tools).

Preference will be given to those who have:

  • Local Visa transferable
  • Qatar Experience
  • Valid Qatar Driving License

Job Description:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project teams, including engineers, procurement specialists, and construction managers.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Manage project changes, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project adherence to specifications.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project handover processes, including documentation and training.
  • Promote and ensure a strong safety culture throughout the project.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure emergency response plans are in place.
  • Ensure all HSE policies and procedures are adhered to by all project team members and contractors.
  • Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team and ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Being proficient in dedicated software for MEP construction and MS Office tools as well as in ERP tools.
  • Primarily office-based with regular visits to project sites, which may include remote locations.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively and work in challenging environments.
